Class Management - One Person, One Role
Objective of the Plan:
To provide every student with the opportunity to participate in class duties, serve their classmates, and cultivate a sense of responsibility and belonging to the school. Through serving their peers, students can also increase communication opportunities, build friendships, and deepen the message of caring for the campus.
Plan Details:
The class teacher will assign different positions for each student to participate in. The Guidance Team will distribute reference positions and responsibilities to the class teachers. Teachers may modify the duty titles and number of responsible individuals according to the class size and circumstances.
Once the positions are assigned, class teachers are encouraged to publicly display photos of students in their roles, so that everyone is aware of each person's responsibilities and to recognize their contributions to the class.
Implementation of the Plan:
The Guidance Team will distribute reference guidelines to each class teacher at the beginning of September. After introducing the various positions, teachers can distribute position application forms to each student, allowing them to express their interest, skills, and commitment to service in that position. Candidates for each role in the class will then be selected. It is recommended that class teachers change the service positions of students at least once a year.
