The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.

(Matthew 6:9-13)

We believe that our Heavenly Father is not only able to truly transform hearts, but is also the God who protects and blesses us. Therefore, our school places great emphasis on the spiritual nurturing of students.

Students not only learn the truths of the Bible in Biblical Studies lessons, but also have many opportunities to encounter the Gospel outside of class time, such as through school assemblies, morning assemblies, and Friday extra-curricular fellowship activities.

Every year, the school organises a Gospel Week. During this week, students can understand the Gospel through participating in various activities, including Gospel crafts, Gospel movies, hymn sharing, Bible verse memorisation, Gospel magic, and Gospel trails. The climax of the week is the Evangelistic Meeting, where students are invited to make a decision to believe in the Lord Jesus, become children of God, receive the blessing of praying to God and the grace of forgiveness of sins, and thereby obtain the abundant life that we have never imagined. Do you believe? Those who believe will witness the great power of the Lord Jesus.

We pray that every student studying at The Salvation Army Lam Pat Chung Memorial School will receive salvation.

Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10)
