To cultivate students’ interest in music and enrich their musical experiences, the school specially engages professional and experienced music instructors to teach piano and violin classes on campus. In addition to instrumental training, the school actively encourages students to participate in various competitions, such as the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival and the Joint Schools Music Competition. Individual students are also encouraged to sit for the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) practical examinations and have achieved outstanding results.
Furthermore, the school organises an “Annual Concert” every year for students in the instrumental classes, inviting parents and fellow students to attend. This provides students with opportunities to observe one another’s performances and showcase their learning achievements.
